Prior to joining Pvotal Consulting Group as President and CEO, Michael has a broad background in financial and operational management within various industries, including textiles and manufacturing. His experience spans senior positions like COO and CFO, focusing on strategic planning, restructuring, and operational efficiency. Key accomplishments include managing the sale of a Canadian subsidiary, revitalizing Industries of the Blind to meet compliance and boost sales, and navigating restructuring challenges due to foreign competition. He is recognized for his analytical and communication skills.

As the Chief Marketing Strategist, Luis is deeply interested in the study of human interactions and social relationships. His diverse work experience across various sectors of small businesses has provided him with valuable insights that informed his thesis on the growth and support of local Hispanic businesses in North Carolina. As a co-founder, Luis is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise with business owners to help them develop effective strategies for growth.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. He brings over a decade of experience in the software development industry to his role at Pvotal. One of his driving motivators in co-founding Pvotal Group is his passion for community development. Don believes that small businesses play a crucial role in not only supporting local economies but also in building a more equitable society for all.

With degrees in Psychology and Human Services, a post-bachelor’s certificate in marketing, and advanced grant writing studies, he specializes in audience behavior. Currently finalizing an MS in Counseling with a focus on social/industrial psychology, James leverages deep behavioral insights for strategic marketing.
